Refund policy

We love the products we make and think you will too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from Tuthi, let us know so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

In fact, we’re so confident that you’ll love Tuthi that we’ll even cover the cost of return shipping if you choose not to keep your first package.

Please note that we’re not able to offer free returns or exchanges for orders shipped internationally, fees will vary. In addition, expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If we have processed your refund and you haven’t received it, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
